Dog owners, PLEASE help keep our neighborhood and park a clean and pleasant place to visit by remembering to pick up after your pet when walking them. This will be appreciated by all that enjoy the outdoors.

SHARE CRIME AND SAFETY INFORMATION WITH YOUR NEIGHBORS
Did you know that the Meadows West Homeowners Association website has a message board where you can share information about various topics? A item of interest to every resident of Meadows West is crime and safety in our neighborhood. MWHA members can subscribe to this category on the message board and receive an email each time new information is posted.
To subscribe:
• Select Message Board from the list on the left side of the Home Page.
• On the Message Board page select My Subscriptions at the top of the page.
• Select the categories you wish to receive an automatic email each time a new post is added.
• Select Submit.
You will automatically receive an email each time a new topic is posted.
If you need to report a crime or suspicious activity:
• Call the Fort Worth Police (911 or the non-emergency number 817-335-4222).
• Post information on the MWHA message board so your neighbors will be aware of the incident.
If you see suspicious activity, please call police dispatch and have a patrol unit sent to check on it. Then notify our Neighborhood Police Officer, J. E. Gray, by phone at 817-992-0188 (leave a message if no answer) or e-mail james.gray2@fortworthtexas.gov.

Vacation Patrol if you would like your home patrolled by Meadows West Citizens on Patrol please leave your contact info and details under Contact us then COP Captain. An email will be sent to Gayle Giliberto our COP Captain.

If you are a Resident of Meadows West please Register with us to receive emails from us on Neighborhood News, Crime News and Neighborhood Events. When registering you have the option to share your information with HOA members or keep it confidential.

Members 
Please consider updating your profile so if a neighbor finds your dog or you have a broken sprinkler he/she will be able to let you know. It can also be used to find neighbors in the neighborhood that share similar interests/hobbies. Some interests listed include antiquing, bike riding, bridge, fly fishing, gardening, golf, hunting, jogging, needlework, reading, sewing, shooting sports, travel, volunteering and walking.
Not a member? It is never too late to join. Mail or drop off your annual dues of $35 to 6701 Cool Meadow Dr.
 
 

 
~ Events ~
National Night Out
Tuesday, October 4th, 05:30 to 7:30pm at Meadows West Park, 6400 Bellaire Drive South at Ashbrook
National Night Out is designed to:
Heighten awareness of crime prevention
Generate support for, and participation in, local anti-crime efforts
Strengthen neighborhood spirit and police/community partnerships
Send a message to criminals letting them know neighborhoods are organized and fighting back against crime. 
 
Residents are asked to turn on their outside lights and spend the evening outdoors with their neighbors, neighborhood crime watch groups, citizen on patrol groups, police officers and other City personnel.
 
Again this year, we’ve reserved the pavilion at Meadows West Park.
 
Veteran's Day
Monday, November 14th
Meadows West HOA will fly their flags along Bellaire Drive South.  Flags should be placed out by 10am Friday, November 11, 2016 and taken down by sundown November 11, 2016

Extended closures in place:        
* Detour of WB 820 to SB I-35W traffic exiting to Meacham (through January 2017)
All closures are subject to weather conditions and will be postponed, if necessary.
